To get in touch, either call to discuss a piece of furniture with follow up photographs or email with attached photographs are a good start. Also, an arranged visit to the workshop as Iām not always in the workshop. A visit to you can be easily arranged particularly for large or several pieces of furniture.
Estimating
Through listening to your needs and discussion options of treatment are identified. The damage and the condition of the piece are checked to identify the most appropriate treatment. The options are offered taking into consideration your requirements and budget. For smaller work, a ballpark figure can usually be given. For more extensive work, an estimate would be provided usually within week of viewing a piece.
Undertaking the work
Every effort is made to accommodate a customer's wishes for a date of completion within work already booked into the workshop an agreed completion date would be set. On any work that is revealed after the work has begun, the customer will be made aware, only one agreement has been given would the work be commenced. For extensive work, a call or email to give an update on the progress.
